Investigating the impact of organizational agility components on organizational performance (Case study: Baharenekoo Group of Institutions)

Abstract

Rapid changes in technologies and the supply of innovative products and services have caused organizations and businesses to offer their products in the best way in the fastest time and with the highest quality to customers and contacts. Therefore, organizational agility and its components have a decisive role in the performance of organizations. This research was conducted to investigate the effect of organizational agility components on organizational performance. First, the theoretical foundations and background of the research are examined, and then the research methodology and findings are described. In this research, Worley and Lawler (2010) standard questionnaire was used and its statistical sample was the middle and senior managers of the Bahrenko Group of Institutions. As a result of this research, it was found that in addition to the fact that organizational agility is effective on organizational performance, all its components, including sustainable strategy, consistent plans, leadership and common identity, and value creation capabilities are also effective on organizational performance.
