In terms of economic importance, cooperative companies are the most important type of business company, which has been formed so far. The entry of cooperative companies into the stock and capital market can increase the advantage of these types of companies several times. The main purpose of this research is to investigate the presence of cooperative companies in the Tehran Stock Exchange market. Based on the purpose, this research is considered as applied research and in terms of its nature, it is considered as causal research. From the point of view of the method of doing the work, it is considered as mixed research. The statistical population in the qualitative section includes 13 professors with conceptual knowledge and experts from the general administration of the cooperative, and in the quantitative section, 214 professors and managers of Mashhad cooperative companies. In order to advance the goals of the research, a paradigm model was formed by interviewing and coding. Then, using the structural equation model, the components of the paradigm model were tested in the target community. The results showed that the components of the development of the capital market in the country, the ability of cooperative companies to attract capital and the establishment of a suitable legal and financial system for cooperative companies are considered as the causal conditions for the presence of cooperatives in the capital markets. Also, the components include the transformation of cooperative companies into joint-stock cooperative companies, increasing capital to enter stock and over-the-counter markets, amending the laws related to the cooperative issue in the country's development programs, amending the laws related to the cooperative issue in the constitution, amending the policies governing the labor market. Money market and capital market, including strategies for the development of the cooperative sector, formulation of accounting standards related to public cooperative companies in order to improve reporting and financial transparency, and increase the level of technical and specialized information of cooperatives in connection with entering the capital market, among the strategies and measures in order to create Conditions for entering the capital markets are for cooperatives
