Abstract
Sustainable residences not only provide quality and satisfactory services to customers, but also help preserve the environment and local culture by complying with environmental, social and economic sustainability criteria. In this regard, this research has investigated the effect of facilitating elements on the sustainable marketing of residences with regard to the mediating role of management innovations. The sample size consists of 256 people who stayed in the eco-residence of Targaba Shandiz region in the first 6 months of 1402. The measurement tool for the facilitating elements was Vezin et al.'s questionnaire (2021), sustainable marketing through Blaze's questionnaire (2006) and management innovation through Vezin et al.'s questionnaire (2021). The reliability of research variables has shown that Cronbach's alpha for marketing Stable, 0.815, facilitating elements, 0.942, management innovation, 0.808, which indicates the reliability of the research tool. Research findings have shown that facilitating elements are effective on sustainable marketing and management innovations play a mediating role in the impact of facilitating elements on sustainable marketing.
