The role of psychological flexibility and emotional ataxia in predicting job burnout of digital currency exchange employees

Abstract
People who work in cryptocurrency exchanges are prone to burnout due to the nature of their work, including unpredictability and market fluctuations. Therefore, the present study aimed to investigate the role of psychological flexibility and alexithymia in predicting burnout among employees of a cryptocurrency exchange in Mashhad. The statistical population included all employees in cryptocurrency exchanges in Mashhad, including five authorized exchanges licensed by the Central Bank of Mashhad, with 250 employees. The statistical sample was selected from the statistical population using a simple random sampling method and using the Krejci and Morgan table, with a number of 148 people. A standard questionnaire was used to collect information. Stepwise regression and Pearson correlation were used to analyze the data in this study using SPSS software. The findings of the study showed that psychological flexibility and alexithymia affect burnout. In other words, psychological flexibility and alexithymia have the ability to predict burnout. There is also a direct and significant relationship between burnout and alexithymia and an inverse and important relationship between burnout and psychological flexibility. The results showed that psychological flexibility and alexithymia play a role in predicting burnout.
