Abstract
Cultural organizations and groups have a significant role in advancing cultural programs and promoting public culture and social ethics. Due to the dynamics of this area, the learning performance of these organizations is very important. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the factors that improve the learning performance of these organizations. This research is aimed at investigating the mediating role of problem solving skills and critical thinking skills on the impact of the style of communication with peers and reflective thinking style on learning performance. This research is applied in terms of purpose and is descriptive in nature. The statistical population of the research is members of the Anthem Coaches Association in Mashhad. Given the number of coaches, 200 people. The minimum sample size was calculated based on the formula of Cochran 132 people, and eventually 154 people were selected in a non -expansion manner. In this study, the data collection tool was a standard questionnaire that has been examined after translating and building it. Cronbach's alpha has been used to reinforce and its content validity has been confirmed by the professors and the analysis of the confirmation agent's loads. Structural equations and software software are used to examine the hypotheses. According to research findings, the style of reflection thinking, problem -solving skills, and critical thinking style affect learning performance. But communicating with peers has no significant impact on learning performance directly. The impact of communication with peers on problem solving skills and critical thinking style has also been confirmed. The reflective thinking style affects problem solving skills and critical thinking style. In this research, the role of problem solving skills and critical thinking style is confirmed.
