The present study aims to determine the relationship between mindfulness and teaching style with the mediating role of teachers' emotions. The research method was a descriptive correlational study. The statistical population was all female teachers in Tabakan, 5074 people, of whom 357 were selected using the convenience sampling method based on the Morgan table. A standard questionnaire was used to collect data. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling. The statistical software used was AMOS and SPSS-27. The results of the present study showed that mindfulness was able to affect teaching style with and without the mediation of individual emotions. In addition, individual emotions were able to affect teaching style directly. For this reason, it can be concluded that mindfulness and individual emotions are two components that affect teaching style that should be paid attention to.
